Eligibility for Refund: Please note that due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Defective Items: Upon receipt of your complaint and confirmation of the defect, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement or credit your original method of payment for the purchase price.

Processing Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 weeks of refund being eligible & approved.
